Because MapEngine runs in a browser tab separate from Maximo, you can view it on a separate monitor, (if you have two monitors, of course). Just click on the MapEngine browser tab and drag the tab into your second monitor. MapEngine will continue to be connected to your current Maximo session. At the close of your Maximo session, just close the MapEngine tab, if you’re done viewing the map. If not, you can still view work order and asset data on the map, only without the Maximo update features.
